2 Weeks is how long we have been waiting since our Article 5 was picked up from the US Consulate in China by our agency & then taken to the CCAA. Now we are waiting on our TA (Travel Approval). It is supposed to come 3-8wks after our Article 5 is picked up. Some people have received it in as little as 12 days, so I have been a little on edge. I am a VERY impatient person & know better than to pray for patience. I drive myself crazy on a daily basis. My kids help, but the majority of it is self inflicted. We can't travel til after June 3rd anyway because Ashley is coming to China with us & she will be a beach camp with our church until then. I just want the "China" steps to be done. I want to know that I don't have to wait for anything else other than getting on that plane on a specific date! I am trying very hard to not bother my Travel Phase person at our agency. She is super sweet & doesn't deserve to be bothered with things that are beyond her control. She gave me the timeline & I have to learn to deal with it...yeah right!

I am also a procrastinator. I have a billion things that need to be done before we travel, but yet none of them are being done. The biggest of course is getting Gray & Jax's room in order. It needs to be painted, decorated, organized & new beds purchased. I also need to start gathering stuff into piles that will be taken to China. I also have 2 awesome friends in our small group that have been begging me to register somewhere so they can throw me a baby shower. I registered, but have no idea what to put in it! I am not getting a "baby"...my "baby" will be 2 1/2yrs old when he comes home!

Sorry for rambling, but wanted to update anyone who cares about where we are in the adoption process. We are at the end of the long journey & can see the end. I will put our timeline in the sidebar of our blog so that you can see just how long this has been.
